What is LadderUp?
LadderUp is a platform for receiving prequalified approval to skip technical screens with participating technology companies, while getting comprehensive feedback from our expert interviewers and coaches based on your interview performance on LadderUp.
How Do I Get Started?
Simply go to our Interview Prequalification Services page and select the role and company that you want to schedule for a prequalification interview.
What Does "Prequalification" Mean?
When you successfully pass an interview for a role on LadderUp, you become "prequalified" to skip technical screens with our partner companies for that role. You will receive a digital pass card that functions as proof of your prequalification for it. Whenever you apply to an open position for that role, you can then reference your pass card to recruiters and hiring managers once you have applied and are invited by them to interview. They will then contact LadderUp to confirm validity.
How Do I Prepare for My Prequalification Interview?
You will be required to show valid U.S. government issued identification. You may or may not be allowed to use ChatGPT and similar tools for assistance, depending on the role / company policy.
What If I'm Not Ready to Prequalify?
No worries, we're here to help. We also provide interview coaching services to support you before and after your prequalification interview, available on our Coaching Services page.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Life happens, we get it. We try to balance your need for flexibility with our experts' need for notice. We allow cancellations and reschedules up to 72 hours in advance of a session. For cancellations within 72 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
For more information on our refund policy, please see our Terms and Conditions page.
FOR EMPLOYERS
$60B/year
LadderUp is on a mission to save employers the estimated $60B per year that is spent in employee time and resources on technical interviews.
What LadderUp Does for Employers
Costs $0 – Yes, Nothing
LadderUp charges no fees for prequalifying candidates on behalf of employers.
Lead Sourcing, at No Cost to You
We also offer complementary sourcing services for employers who participate in our prequalify program to get in touch with candidates who have prequalified for roles on our platform.
Saves Time & Money
Companies spend over $60B per year in time and resources for technical interviews that could otherwise be spent building products and growing the business. LadderUp's prequalified screening removes the waste of hours and hours of technical interviews for possibly unqualified candidates, and we do this at zero cost to you.
Ensure Quality
Full Control
There’s no obligation to interview our candidates; they still apply through your normal funnel and you make all interviewing and hiring decisions. The only commitment is that you honor our pass card holders and skip them ahead of any initial technical screens. If an unexpected technical gap emerges during later rounds, you retain complete discretion to reevaluate the candidate's technical competency.
LadderUp's prequalified candidates are vetted by our teams of experts through the very same technical screening interview exercises normally conducted and assessed by your own team. The only difference? Your technical teams remain focused on actually building products and growing the business, while our teams of experts are deployed instead.
